Story
I will be doing the 100 Mile Cycle Ride for the Motor Neurone Disease Association. The Route is all over Nottingham, leaving the Embankment at 7am going through Cotgrave, East Bridgford, Fiskerton, Egmanton and back. Will be a tough event but I'm determined to do it as it's for a great cause!
